  • Senior / Assistant Manager - Strategic Planning

    Skills & Qualification
    • Age between 30-35 years old.
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Mathemattics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science or or related fields.
    • Have experience atlease 8-10 years.
    • Business level in English in writing and speaking (TOEIC 700 ).
    • Good coordination & communication skills.
    • Good analytics skills.
    • Good command of English both spoken and written .
    • Experienced in leasing business is a plus.
    • Experienced in planning project and preparing corporate report are also preferable.
    • Advance in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel are a must.

    Job Description
    • Create Business Plan (yearly) – Coordinate with related departments for collecting and input data to use in planning and forecasting.
    • Create Monthly Report of SMAT Performance.
    • Operate Research and Survey Activities (Yearly); Competitor Research, Customer Satisfaction Survey.
    • Study and develop new products/services.
    • Support online and offline marketing campaigns and strategy to increase customer awareness and attract new prospective customers.
    • Provide ad-hoc support per request from the supervisor.

  • Sales Support

    Skills & Qualification
    • Age 22-25  years old.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
    • Experience 0-3 year in sales Support/Assistant or related.
    • Able and willing to work hard in documents and complicated system.
    • Good command in English and computer skill for Microsoft Office.
    • Toeic 600 or above will be advantage.
    • Service-minded with strong managerial skills.
    • Able to work as team and work under pressure.
    • Active and friendly person and willing to work hard.
    • High sense of responsibility.

    Job Description
    • Prepare and arrange required documents accurately and timely to ensure the smooth operation of sales activities.
    • Coordinate with relevant parties regarding documents submission e.g., request order, proposal, credit investigation, quotation, lease agreement, payment confirmation letter, buyback letter, and other related documents.
    • Provide supporting information per requests such as research on potential client information and market trends.
    • Provide ad-hoc support per request from the supervisor.

  • IT Application Staff

    Skills & Qualification
    • Aged between 25 – 30 years.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
    • 1 – 3 years of experience.
    • Good command of written and spoken English.
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Programming knowledge: SQL, SQL Server Database.
    • Experience with Power Apps & Power Automate.
    • Experience as a Data Analyst for Microsoft Power BI.
    • Interest or knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development for corporate is a plus

    Job Description
    • Provide IT Operations support for applications (Miles, Sales force, SAP B1, SQL, Data Warehouse, and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, and Power Automate).
    • Respond to resolve user issues related to software applications, and troubleshoot and diagnose problems through various methods.
    • Data Analyst for business requirements and developing system applications.
    • Perform SQL programming, including CRUD operations, Stored Procedures, Views, and Functions.
    • Support and maintain Data Warehouse and Data Mart for business intelligence and analytics purposes.
    • Provide support for Power BI and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate).
    • Prepare, manage, and maintain IT documents.
    • Provide guidance to users on application functionality and best practices.

  • Insurance Staff

    Skills & Qualification
    • Female age 22-25 years old.
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Adminstration or related fields.
    • 1-2 years experience in accounting or finance field is advantage.
    • Good writing and speaking skill in English.
    • Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

    Job Description
    • Prepare documents for annual vehicle tax renewal.
    • Process annual compulsory motor insurance each month.
    • Print cover letters for annual vehicle tax renewals.
    • Send email notifications and reminders to customers regarding vehicle tax documentation.
    • Scan and save copies of registration books; upload to Service SharePoint.
    • Handle customer requests for lost or damaged vehicle tax documents and license plates.
    • Provide administrative and operational support to team members.

I had the opportunity to work at SMAT in Sales Department (JapanDesk) Support Japanese Sales. Everybody here is so welcome. Make me feel like home. Everybody has a lot of potential and I really enjoy working with everyone here at SMAT.

This company gives me an opportunity for newly graduated student to work here. I gained a lot of experience from SMAT in many work fields. I learn something new every day, this really develops my working skills. I want to climb into one of the leading operating lease company in Thailand with SMAT.
